*SOSMentor is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We value our donors and do not sell or trade our donors' personal or contact information to any other individual or organization, nor do we send mailings on behalf of other organizations.
To make a donation by mail, simply make a check to SOSMentor to the address below. Contributions will be formally acknowledged by a letter sent to the address you provide.

Levels of Giving
Every little bit helps! Your donations can make a real, tangible difference in our ShapeUp Programs.
| $10 will sponsor supplies for our "How much sugar is in soda and other beverages" course (measuring cups, non/low sugar beverages, spoons, etc.) | |
| $25 will sponsor Taster’s Club snacks for the students in a SOSMentor ShapeUp 10-week program series. | |
| $50 will provide Mentor Training Manuals and educational materials for five SOSMentor ShapeUp high school students. | |
| $75 will provide thirty SOSMentor ShapeUp students with pedometers to support their daily physical activity. | |
| $150 will provide water for one entire 10-week SOSMentor ShapeUp Program series. | |
| $250 will provide ingredients and materials for a healthy cooking class for SOSMentor ShapeUp students and their parents. | |
| $500 will provide materials and staff stipends for the Healthy Schools Campaign at one school. | |
| $800 will provide a healthy lifestyle field trip for SOSMentor ShapeUp students that you can help us design! | |
| $1,000 will sponsor a 10-week nutrition club. Through your donation, a nutrition intern and certificated teacher will meet with the students one day per week-each will receive a $500 stipend. |
Any additional amount from $5.00-$5,000 (and upwards) donated directly to SOSMentor ShapeUp will help us expand our programs to serve more students in more schools.
