Orville E. Bigelow, M.S., R.D. is a Registered Dietitian who works for Project Angel Food as the Manager of Nutrition Services. He also teaches nutrition classes both in person and online for California State University, Los Angeles and Mohave Community College in Arizona. He has worked in both public health and community nutrition and is actively involved in many organizations. He has been involved with SOS Mentor since 2006 as a trainer, curriculum designer, Board Member, website consultant, and friend.
